Season Ticket Policy Is Crap!!!!
I'm a Saints season ticket holder, and have been for five years. Now with Katrina severely damaging the city of New Orleans and the Superdome, season ticket holders who bought their tickets through the Saints offices at the practice facilities on Airline Hwy, are screwed. The organization's ticket policy ask you to request refunds or replacement tickets through your original point of sales. If you bought them through Ticketmaster your OK. You can just call the 1800 number and speak with a ticket representative. If you bought your tickets as I did through the organization's ticket sales department, then you have no representative to talk to. There is no way to get in touch with anyone from the Saints organization. They have an office set up in San Antonio, but have not offered a number where they can be reached. They did however, post in their policy that us who bought tickets through them can write to them to request a refund. Are these people too busy to take the time to take peoples request and questions by phone? This really angers me. I have questions about my ticket account, and this rediculous contact by mail procedure would take too long for me to get the answers I need to make a decision as to what I would like to do as far as seeking replacement tickets to the games in Baton Rouge or just requesting a full refund. What about the tickets I had to the first home game against the Giants? I still haven't heard how they plan to compensate me for those. Has anyone heard about a number where these people can be reached? I guess I'll have to call the Alamo Dome and see if I can get someone to tell me how to get in touch with them. The head of ticket sales and marketing, Mike Stanfeld posted his E Mail address for those of us who had questions. I've E Mailed him twice, but have gotten no response. I hope they are not planning on stalling us until Febuary 2nd and then rolling our balances over for next seasons tickets. We don't even know if the Saints will ever play in the city of New Orleans again. They may decide to stay in San Antonio. If this happens then we will have season tickets to watch the San Antonio Saints in the Alamo Dome. I can't go to San Antonio every Sunday that they have a home game. So then what happens? My guess is that the Saints will say no refund because it wasn't their fault that I couldn't make all the games. These are pressing questions that I'm sure people need to know the answers to so they can make an informed decision as to what they need to do about their accounts. If we want replacement tickets to Baton Rouge, do we have to mail our tickets off to San Antonio and hope they make it there? Then we have to hope we get our replacement tickets in time for the games. Does anyone have any info that could help us season ticket holders resolve these issues? If you guys do please post. Thanks.

Call 210-208-9520 --- then press #2. Sometimes no one answers but I got in touch with them twice. Once to get the Alamodome tickets and just this morning to get the LSU ones. They were actually great and gave me tickets in West Section 11 right on the 50 yard line.

I am in the same boat. We have emailed, called, and faxed and received no response. We wanted to upgrade our tickets, but, apparently, by the time we'll get through we won't even be able to get tickets anymore. We're now requesting a full refund, but still no response.
