I wasn't aware that he started his collegiate career at USL & started as a true freshman.

IMO he's the best guard in this entire draft class.

Most of us here know that you can't count on Andrus Peat to play a full season anyways

Damn straight! Get some competition for Ruiz too. He made nice strides last year but can he keep getting better with a new O-line coach in a contract year? I hope so, but maybe we should have someone in house to push Ruiz and ensure that he's grinding it out every day.
