Michael Thomas Chris Olave Rashid Shaheed Bryan Edwards James Washington A.T. Perry Tre’Quan Smith That’s good depth. Not to mention Juwan Johnson and Foster Moreau. I don’t have many concerns there. |

Re: 2023 Saints OTA Thread
I hope he doesn’t. I like Shaq Davis from SC State. With Bryan Edwards and James Washington both being former starters now serving as back ups I’m really confident at WR.

IMO that "I like our WR room" philosophy held us back & advancing while Brees was still under center. Who are you scaring with Callaway, Smith & Lil Jordan & Kirkwood? Blockzilla (Trequan) has one foot off a cliff & the other on a banana peel in 2023. Slots #4-6 will have to excel on special teams/gunners to make this roster. I see legitimate competition from these younger guys & I like how DA & staff are addressing needs (DT, WR, QB), in subsequent drafts. |

Michael Thomas - obvious concerns, until proven otherwise. Just being fair Chris Olave - legit #2 receiver and threat for yards Rashid Shaheed - is he a legit #3? We'll see These are essentially the same guy. Neither has more than 34 catches in any season. Bryan Edwards Tre’Quan Smith However, will definitely agree having Juwan and Foster provide a ton of value at the TE position - and that both play it differently |

Olave is going to put up WR1 numbers. He’s that good. I believe Shaheed can excel as the #3, but if he can’t we know James Washington is a legit slot. |
