If he wants to win a ring he should consider us seriously. We can be far better than some of the uninformed media suspect. We should still have an elite defense and if you pair D-Hop with Thomas, Olave, and Shaheem with Carr I see no reason why we shouldn't be among the very favorites to win it all.

I can't say this team should be among the very favorites to win it all any more than I can say that Andrus Peat is among the NFL's fastest men and would be a favorite in a race against Tyreek Hill. Anything can happen. If the mid-round guard we drafted instantly becomes the next Jahri Evans, Panning instantly becomes a pro-bowl left tackle instead of staying hurt, our aging secondary suddenly all have great years, and Allen & Carr shake off their entire previous track records of being unable to win consistently and in big games, we could be the surprise team of the millenium. But we are underdogs. Big underdogs to do anything more than at most eke out a wild card appearance due to a weak division and easy schedule.
