NFW... world class speed doesn't equate to better catch percentages, Larry Burton notwithstanding? Guess it also depends on the QB being able to drop into the bucket with receivers in stride and not fighting for catches in precarious positions.

Devery Henderson would be cool. Similar to Ginn, he had super speed but Henderson seemed to figure out the eye-hand coordination/concentration issue halfway through his career.

He went from leading the league in drops in 2006 or 2007 I believe, to being one of our most sure handed and reliable receivers. Just watch the Super Bowl, never mind his world class speed, Devery converted a bunch of key first downs which gave our offense momentum. |
