The assessment I have heard is that he has lead feet and pass rushers just run around him or make him move laterally and trip over himself. He might be able to bench press a lot and run ok in a straight line and dunk a basketball and do back flips but he gets beat around the edge. But I dont know how much that is technique and footwork and how much of that is just his achilles heel as an otherwise great athlete.
