If we're lucky, he will need to sign one more contract before retiring a life long Saint on his way to the HOF.

Personally when I look at dynasties in the NFL that won multiple rings, they had to let some high profile players move on to balance the books and stay young. Trying to keep most stars for life, especially at positions with a lot of risk on shelf life, doesnt strike me as the best strategy. |

Love the guy. . Shows up and plays his butt off. However, he is not a difference maker on game day commencement to his salary. Especially at this stage of his career..

When Cam does retire a Saint he will likely rep the Saints on TV. If Cam makes it into the HOF then that is just another feather in his/our cap that he can talk about in front of millions of future Saints fans.
