Looks like the coaches are kicking the tires on Kareem Hunt. RB depth with the suspension looming looks to be a priority.

The caveat is if you sign a vet prior to game one that vet is guaranteed 17 paychecks. Otherwise, the team is only committed to a game by game obligation.

Lol, I hear you. I think we end up carrying 4 (1 on ps) RBs. It appears AK may be used more as a receiver this season.

As far as LB depth goes, I thought the resident "experts" said we are good there. We lose Demario, we are in trouble.

Noticed the Eagles signed both Cunningham and Jack? They understand good depth.

At least L.D.Bell (Dennis) is trying though bringing in experienced guys this off season.

Just read that Hunt is looking for more than just a veteran minimum deal. Time to move on to another option.

They knew that when they asked to talk with him. We have over $12 million in cap space and can structure a workable deal easily above vet minimum on average. Not necessarily wanting that myself, but can see it happening.

A good running game will do wonders for this offense. I say give Hunt more than the vet minimum and let's do this.
