Re: Carr Calls Shot Play to Shaheed
This might have a lot to do with Olave and Shaheed also. No QB was leading the NFL in anything good with our 2020-2021 receiving cores and prior to that when Michael Thomas was featured he was a possession guy. Now we have two deep threats with good hands. Shaheed's catch % and depth of target combination is prolific. If he can keep this up as he gets more targets and defensive attention he may become one of the best receivers in the league.

Re: Carr Calls Shot Play to Shaheed
Now it's Carmichael and Allen's job to fix the O-line and running game. We need to take some pressure off of Carr so he can shine. An entire season of how the O-line played yesterday isn't going to get us a Lombardi.

They said that adjustments were made in the second half and the line did perform better.

Re: Carr Calls Shot Play to Shaheed
The great QB were all great in there special way. The NFL might never see another OG Brees. The combination of football IQ, legendary game prep, Prroxeesing the defense pre-snap, ability to work thru his reads in 2.5 seconds and most importantly the amazing accuracy of his throws.
When he was in his prime he made everyone great, to borrow a phase, It was “The Greatest Show” we were plrivlaged to witness. |

Might have been Floyd Turner. |
