This would be a fantastic idea! It was so cool the way the whole crowd reacted when the tribute was played. It would be perfect after the third quarter every game. Some us fans could look forward to celebrating.

Don't have a subscription to NOLA.com. I imagine there was a singalong to Margaritaville during the game?

Yes there was. Along with a tribute while Jimmy was singing Louis Armstrong’s "Do You Know What It Means to Miss New Orleans".

I don't either. Use the Edge browser. When the page opens up, hit the little book icon in the right of the address bar, and voila, read to your heart's content.

I got chills when they did this. Whole Dome was into it. My 7 year old looked up at the screen, then at me and said "Dad, I didn't know your hero was a Saints fan"

I love Jimmy Buffett but this is what they should play at the end of the 3rd QTR. He performed this song with Allen Tousaint when he had the benefit concert after the oil spill.
