No Saints game this week.

That will benefit my health greatly. I'll be splitting wood all weekend anyway.

Next winter. I like to have the wood as dry as possible. Year-old split birch makes for great firewood.

In my advanced age I've resorted to using a log splitter. I still ache but I'm not being placed on IR anymore.

I hear you Ice. My uncle lived (did Metal Refinery work) in Fairbanks for about 5-6 years back in the early 90s. Some fascinating stories. Beautiful, yet "bitter cold" as he used to tell it

Sounds like my Dad Major. He was a mechanical inspector for oil refineries. He’d go to work out in Billings (Eastern Montana) in the winter with it 30 below and windy to walk those catwalks.
