I am telling you, I have no doubt this team would improve if we brought in Marv Lewis for the rest of the season. Career .550 coach. Not perfect, but available and clearly much better than DA career .300 coach. Then get Jerry Reese as GM. Draft all oline.

Winston has tunnel vision, that's why he's not starting. Carr is the best we have and I think he's a good QB. Carmichael doesn't understand offensive philosophy and needs to go read Football Offense for Dummies. He has everyone going deep on a 3rd and 4, it makes no sense. He does **** like that so many times during a game. It makes it impossible to develop a rhythm. It's not like Carr is being horribly inaccurate or something. He missed a couple of throws.

Carr is an AVERAGE NFL QB.

Everyone's underperforming.

The lack of offense with these "weapons" needs to have someone either fired or demoted.

No excuses for this, especially since the Bucs suck too.

Mayfield sliced us up with no names at RB and WR.

Next week vs Patriots on the road ... probably another L.

With better coaching Derek Carr could be Baker Mayfield for only 6-8x the salary.
