Saints Getting a Huge Addition Back to Their Defense for Week 6

An already superb New Orleans Saints defense gets a big contributor back to their lineup this week. Seventh-year S Marcus Maye will be reinstated after serving a three-game suspension.

Badger, Maye, and Howden is a great trio. We’re really deep at safety.

This is the best secondary the Saints have ever had. It's an embarrassment of riches when guys not many people had ever heard of in Yiadom and Howden come in and play just as well as the starters.

I haven't seen Maye do anything above average when he plays. His stats aren't impressive and Howden looks like the real deal who needs snaps.

Marcus Maye was ranked in the top 25 of all safeties in the league last year by PFF. It's possible you may have missed some of his excellent work.

Howden getting as much PT as he's getting says alot about the trust they have with him...Another DE LB and DT. And this defense is till rolling in the future. Hopefully Sewell and Jackson come along
