It's not that Dennis Allen does not have what it takes to be a head coach. It's that he does not have what it takes to be a head coach in the NFL. By not firing him, we are holding him back from achieving his full potential in the XFL, Arena ball, a lower tier NCAA program, or as a long term defensive coordinator.
