Should’ve just been kicking a game winning FG. Thanks Groop. Would have been 20-19 just then. Easy FG for the win.

People's out here wasting time and gas money man following this crap.
These guys are making millions of dollars.
Running half-ass routes, making angry throws, and the whole while we're wasting a good defense, yet again.

Here comes the "We Have to do better" press conference.

We learned one thing today … just how bad a team NE has.

We might be lucky to win again for a while.

Jacksonville are going to set a new record for points.

All this from the "easiest schedule in the league"

That's how bad we are as a team.

This is a cop out. A lot of teams would win every game if their kicker never missed even when frequently kicking from 50+. We are playing a team that has been in the cellar for years and has a rookie QB, rookie coach, and has traded away virtually all their veterans. If we need excuses like this we will never win. The common thread is lousy coaching where the vast majority of our games against bad to mediocre teams are close or we are blown out. If ever game is close, some turnover or missed kick or missed opportunity will always be the excuse. You could just as easily blame Baun for the turnover that led to points or the Secondary for folding on key downs. But we lost because we let a game be close against a much cheaper less experienced roster because our coaching is garbage.

And since this season is screwed anyway, and a 2 point win over the Texans would not indicate in any way we are ready to face legit contenders, actually Thanks Grupe for potentially moving us up about 3 spots in the draft. This way, Loomis can't trade our 2025 1st rounder to do it.

Pete Carmichael needs to take a step away from football to focus on his semi-autobiographical series of children's books about a cat. Nobody can take him seriously as an offensive coordinator.
