It's not that Dennis Allen does not have what it takes to be a head coach. It's that he does not have what it takes to be a head coach in the NFL. By not firing him, we are holding him back from achieving his full potential in the XFL, Arena ball, a lower tier NCAA program, or as a long term defensive coordinator. We need to start doing the right thing for our coaches and putting them in a position to succeed, in this case by firing most of them. Come on Gayle, have a heart.

It’s getting to the point where I don’t even want to watch this team, and I haven’t purposely missed a game since I was 12 years old.
