If that isn't the sign that Pete and DA need to go then I don't know what is.

Re: Observations from the Saints loss to the Texans
.... seasoned Coach, Seasoned QB, seasoned rb, seasoned receivers, seasoned defense ..... loses to a rookie coach, rookie qb, and i believe an opposing team that does not match up well to the saints. time for a change, ya think..... :beatnik:
As a fan, i expect better! |
Re: Observations from the Saints loss to the Texans
Maybe Pete C plays too much Madden on his day(s) off 🤷🏼.
Not that it matters but the Bucs, Falcons & Panthers lost today. |

I wonder who AK was "calling out" without calling them out? Penning? Or possibly Chris Olave? I will say his body language has been suspect as of late. |

Re: Observations from the Saints loss to the Texans
-2nd self inflicted loss of the season.
-Penning is terrible. The tripping penalty wasn't his first trip attempt of the game. He has the size and and the ability. He doesn't have the desire or conviction. -The OL is over matched every week because of the scheme. The ball has to come out quickly on most plays. -Every route Thomas runs needs to be an option route. If they set deep on him, slant or curl. If they set up inside, go out. If they set up outside he needs to go in. All within in the 4 to 10 yard range. If a legit #1 CB is on him, he's not the first option. -The TE has to be involved in the same patterns. FM and Hill had some success at that today. -It's not a crime to get the ball in Olave's and Shaheed's hands the same way. Everything they do doesn't HAVE to be deep. Just get it in their hands. -Grupe has had a direct impact in both of the Saints bad losses. -There's WAY too much going on with Carr at the line of scrimmage. Things have to be simplified. Get the ball out and in the hands of your playmaker. -Granderson is a beast. Ability and effort. -Jordan is playing his butt off. -The games before the bye are winable. |
