this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Chris Olave ‘s body language again … This dude gives up on routes, doesn’t leave it out there on the field. Don’t like what I see from him effort wise....

Re: Saints vs. Jaguars GAMEDAY THREAD
I think we know who AK and DD were talking about … He has flashed his talent but also shown a lack commitment consistency and competitive spirit. If Sean were still here Dat boy be gone asap.

Re: Saints vs. Jaguars GAMEDAY THREAD
I’ll say this. That make shift offensive line played better in the 4th quarter than all year. Aside from Peat getting beat. Constantly. But still.
Idk. It gave me some hope that I probably shouldn’t have. I want to see PC gone. But I liked the 4th quarter more than anything. Moreau need to catch that. I saw Carr in that huddle. I knew it was going to him. He must’ve knew it was going to him. He choked. It happens. He catches that, the game changes from a loss to overtime. PC is used to having Brees in there. DC ain’t Brees. No one is. You have to put Taysom in there and let him roll over everything to get the TD on 4th. Brutal game. But gives me some hope for the team. Just like the damn Patriot game did. It’s probably because I’m drunk. Lol. |

Re: Saints vs. Jaguars GAMEDAY THREAD
I would keep Olave unless we can get a lot for him, like more than we paid in the draft. Think of it this way. DA and PC are the motivators. Olave is the motivatee. Maybe he is not self motivated, but maybe some of the greatest players of all time were not. We can never win with a coach who can't handle personalities and can't motivate players. Olave is losing motivation as the Saints are running a stupid offense. Its very possible that if we had decent coaches Olave would be golden boy again.

Re: Saints vs. Jaguars GAMEDAY THREAD
I saw Kamara give up on a route...looks like a culture of "give up".
It's in the air and in the water. They just don't cross T's and dot I's. All of the details are missing. |
