Ben Johnson - circle 12/3 on your calendars. Look at what he's done with Jared Goff.
Sean McVay - he's still innovative
Frank Smith - have you seen Miami's offense as of late?

I think I would go with Shane Waldron as Head Coach, what he has done with that offense is pretty incredible and he works for one of the all time best in Pete Carroll.

I feel like we need a HC with NFL experience. Now, I'm all in for raiding the college coaches for coordinator jobs to bring in fresh ideas. Our coaches play calling has been stale for years and needs an influx of fresh creative ideas and philosophies.
