The sad thing is I agree with this, not because we don't have talent but we don't know how to use it and they aren't motivated

It's crazy to think how much we are paying Carr compared to Dobbs salary. Loomis, Allen, and Carmichael should have learned a lesson from their mothers clients: sometimes you can get what you want for a lot less money than you expect.
