FILM REVIEW: Derek Carr vs Vikings

Question: Has he always been like this? Or is he just getting worse? I just don’t understand. He had some good years for the Raiders. How has he regressed so bad?

No sir. DCarr was a decent QB before landing in NO. But watching him pre snap, I see a lot of confusion & the inability to read a defense. Notice he's still yelling at WRs? Is he capable, sure but right now his lack of pocket presence is going to get him injured ... again.

I'll say this J, having Pete C as his OC & a below average O line isn't helping either. So far, Carr has yet to prove that he was an upgrade over Andy Dalton.

He’s playing like the Raiders QB we shutout 24-0 last season.
