Tried to hide? Are you serious? Tell me what part of what I posted was untrue. Everyone made such a big deal about us being dead last in total yards last year, we aren't anymore. But AB is almost dead last in passer rating. You got a comeback for that?

Your point? Guess who is tied for first in giveaways?
http://www.nfl.com/stats/teamsort/NF...1=9&_3:col_1=6 What are you trying to prove. I said we aren't dead last in total D any more. There is nothing you can find untrue about that. But keep trying. |

Yeah, imagine how much better we could be if we weren't DFL in the league in turnovers. 17 extra possessions for opposing offenses. Guess who has the most on our team? Of course that has no bearing.

Maybe not having Boo Williams around this year has more impact than previously thought. At least by now he would be starting after the way Conwell has be playing. He still would garner attention from safeties and open the field a little more because right now after watching the offense for the first five weeks I would glady welcome back last years offense!

This is just a little brainstorm I have. Do you think our defense would be a little better if they weren't on the field 80% of the game. Do you think maybe if our quarterback didn't turn the ball over so much, they could get a little rest & have time to make preparations. I'm not saying they are good by any means. Our DT's can't penetrate & suck against the run. LB's don't know where they are half the time & can't wrap up tackles the other half (a product of a former LB turned coach?). We've had good play out of Mike McKenzie & Dwight Smith, but they need help in the secondary. But, all in all, you can't keep a defense on the field all the time (see what happened to LSU in the 2nd half of the Tennessee game).
