Re: The BEST thing about the 2023 Saints season is…
It's unfair to judge Winston when he does not get first team reps in practice and has to come in cold to the particular games where the Saints offensive line has just let Carr get injured. Carr is constantly given excuses that its still only week 13 and we can't possibly expect him to be in sync with his receivers, while Winston gets no excuses when playing a quarter or two out of the blue.
Hurst may have knocked the ball out but Carr could still have better grip and more awareness. Carr doesn't care. Also Carr forgot to throw a TD for like 3 games, but sure, he would be Maholmes if nobody else on the team ever made a mistake. The guy is just not consistent and looks no better than Winston or Hill despite all the practice reps. |

Myself I was thinking the Hurst/Carr fumble might have been a broken play. Maybe Hurst was in the wrong and wasn't supposed to pull at all. Or Carr was supposed to delay or turn the other way. Or Carmichael designed a disastrous play. Who knows.

Shout out to Detroit Lions.
They have a good team & good coaching. 8-3 is 8-3. Meanwhile the Saints front office are hitching their wagons with “we gotta be better - Dennis Allen”. On a critical 4th down, Taysom isn’t even on the field. How many more games do you need to see? This coaching staff isn’t good enough. |

Again, it’s time to address DE.
Pass rush is terrible. Cam is old, Carl needs help. We need another LB. DD is old and can’t keep up as he once did. We are getting GASHED at TE. Chicago TE, TJ Hockenson & the Detroit stud LaForta is is absolutely killing us. |

Re: The BEST thing about the 2023 Saints season is…
Most seasons its very nerve wracking when our QB gets hit. This year I think of the last time he refused to take any accountability and blamed teammates, and its much easier to watch the hits. It Carr doesn't throw $30 million worth of TDs, I want to see him take $30 million of hits.
