Don Banks:Snap judgments
And then there's Brooks. Sooner or later there comes a time in every game when the Saints quarterback will absolutely kill you. His interception to Packers cornerback Al Harris in the first quarter at Lambeau Field -- which Harris took to the house for a 14-3 Green Bay lead -- was a pass that a high school sophomore knows better than to throw.
• Despite the Katrina-associated challenges he has had to endure, with that mail-in job the Saints turned in against Green Bay -- it was 35-3 at the half -- New Orleans head coach Jim Haslett is officially back on the endangered species list. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200...ek5/index.html |

Could not have said it better myself, Whodi.
An Axl Rose lyric comes to mind.....where do we go now? When your team looks this bad, it's hard to say what to do to fix it. And for anyone giving AB a pass because the rest of the team played bad....sorry, I'm not buying it. The pick set the tone and we all knew to put the L on the board when he threw it. A good QB lifts a team up when times get rough. Our QB either starts the fire or throws gas on it. |

Even though I've been a "middle of the road" guy when it comes to Brooks and Haslett, It's time that I really take sides. AB and Haz have GOT to go. Moonshiners.......I'm home!
