I'm no doctor but I'd sit Mr. Carr.

2 concussions within 30 days is not a good thing.

Besides he's holding on to the ball entirely too long, exposing himself to getting completely destroyed out there.

It's difficult to believe that Carr legitimately has been cleared to play. Guess he is a fast healer.
