This is a very even matchup. Both teams have taken the innovative approach of letting a finance guy make the final decision on football moves and prioritizing trading up in drafts. It has put both teams in a position to have very high draft picks, when they don't trade them. If David Tepper lost all his money and had to sell the Panthers, I could see Mickey Loomis bringing him in as an assistant GM. Both teams spent very big on QB in the offseason and counted on the suitcases of money and draft picks to do the pass protection. The Panthers also took the Saints 2021 approach to the WR position and gave it a go in 2023. I often wonder what kind of team I could put together as a GM. This game may answer the question "what if I had that opportunity at 8 years old."

Well, we beat the Panthers, in what turned out to be Boo Burner!
“We have all the right people in the building” to allow us to continue to see ugly wins against dismal opponents, and be grateful for the opportunity to “just keep doing what we’re doing”. This is gonna be so cool!
