Saints Execute Final Five Years on Superdome Contract
Seven years to work out a renewal with the state. I seriously doubt it takes long to have the next deal in place. The Dome isn't going anywhere soon with the extensive upgrades nearing an end this offseason.

Seriously, just put a giant paper bag over it and fumigate the place.

Re: Saints Execute Final Five Years on Superdome Contract
With the Saints being bound to the Dome until 2030, why not let the team degrade, get those empty seats and the bags back out? 2030 rolls around and ownership pulls the "We're moving the franchise due to lack of Fan Support"
Off to greener pastures they go. Maybe in the middle of the night like the Baltimore Colts or broad daylight like the Rams (Twice), Chargers (Twice) last but not least the RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRaiders (Four Times) Here comes 7 - 10 Baby!!!!! |

Re: Saints Execute Final Five Years on Superdome Contract
It's a absolute disgrace that billion dollar private companies hold the state to ransom over paying for stadiums or upgrades. I find it amazing that Americans stand for it tocbe honest. We have about 6 club owned stadiums in England alone that hold over 50,000 seats that are completely paid for by the clubs. And a few dozen more holding above 40k. That's before you talk the national stadium and Scotland
