No wonder there is no consistency in football. No one has a chance to really prove themselves before they get promoted. There are always desperate teams willing to take a gamble or a long shot on an up and coming young coach.

The new coordinator may want to use different blocking schemes than what Marrone likes to use.

A fresh approach with new energy is what is needed for the offensive line to buy in and improve in 2024.

Kamara & Williams had very few run lanes.

Or no one gets a chance to really prove themselves before they get fired. Knee jerking has grown to be a common occurrence in the league, and in life, these days. Sadly.
