Rashid is one of my favorite players, but this is a complete joke. He has done much of nothing to warrant pro bowl honors this year.

Best hands on the team. With more targets he would easily make the bowl as a WR.

He made the roster on special teams as the kick returner. He led all kick returners in the league in all purpose yards with 1395. He is tied for the league lead in punt returns for TD's. He was in the top five in several other return categories. He absolutely earned the honor.

Making the final list, yes. Paulson Adebo was third in the voting for cornerback on December 5th, but ended up not getting in the top four. Tyrann Mathieu just missed out at free safety.
