He isn’t going anywhere obviously. We can only hope for a competent OC and coaching staff next year.

Which part? I’m only being cautiously optimistic. I would like us to go the Payton route in Denver and redo everything.

Mickey Loomis is running the show. 9-8 season is seen as an improvement over the past 2 seasons. Loomis has already said Dennis Allen's job is safe before playing today. With a 2 game surge wins at the end of the season, I seriously double coordinators will change. I'm not Nostradamus, but that's the general feeling.
