Carolina’s 2-15 record really waters down our SOS but if you look at the big picture we play a lot more strong teams next year even if we play one horrible one twice We go from facing two 10 win teams and one 11+ win team in 2023 to facing one 10 win team and four 11+ win teams in 2024. And Cam, Demario, Kamara, Ram, and Lattimore, a big part of our core, are all a year older which is bad at all their positions and ages.

Age is just a number like mileage for your car, charge for your phone, or temperature of your fridge for your food. Extending commitments to aging non-qbs is a trend and soon the rest of the league will look at DA’s amazing record and copy us.

The dome patrol linebackers played their final seasons at ages 32, 34, 37, and 38, Vilma at 31, and cam jordan greatly declined at 34, but because Demario Davis had a great season at age 35 it means he won’t decline at 36.

Players, and their organizations, have far greater means of taking care of their bodies than they did back then.
