I live 1900 miles away and have an 8 year old kid who is in school most of the football season with grandparents in 2 other states besides Louisiana, so its hard to make it to games these days. We all do what we can. I attended the vast majority of games for over a decade and even flew across the country for a couple games a year when I was father away. I attended the Super Bowl, the No Call game, and the game where Brees broke the passing record. Plus, do I really want to pay, not just $200 or whatever for a ticket, but another $500 for a flight, to watch DA and Carr try to shock the world by rising to 1-1 against Baker Mayfield or surviving an epic clash with Gardner Minshew? Unless I am in town anyway, thats a hard sell to watch the greatest show on chopping wood.

I did attend the preseason game against the Chargers last season. I would have liked to attend the regular season game against the Rams but a weeknight game just before Christmas was difficult timing. The game started at 515PM PST so I would have had to take time off work to get into the stadium on time. I planned to go if the team was on a role but 11 days before the game the Saints were 5-7 and when they made it back to 7-7 four days before the game, it was a little late to request time off work.

“to watch DA and Carr try to shock the world by rising to 1-1 against Baker Mayfield or surviving an epic clash with Gardner Minshew?”

You’d have to add a whole lotta crack and Xanax to your tab, in order for that to even begin to be fun…

So, in other words, you have no real knowledge of what the Superdome's actual reactions were during games this season, correct?

As someone that was actually there I can tell you that Carmichael was highly criticized by the fans in attendance, far more so than the isolated booing from the handful of drunk idiots.

Bako, what Quid Kumbaya is trying to tell you, is if you were sitting with him puffing the same peace pipe, it would have appeared like we won our pathetic division, when we actually didn’t.

Been wanting this to happen for years. Bring all the LSU boys home.

No thanks. The Saints don't have a strong enough leader in Dennis Allen to handle a diva Wide Receiver as evidenced by the Thomas departure. Beckham is similar to Antonio Brown and he'd likely blow this whole team up (which a few of our posters want).

Me sayin “We need a new Head Coach” for two years, as if it actually means something, and so many on here shrug their shoulders or say they’re tired of hearing it. No matter how y’all stack it up, there will be pain next season.

I haven’t seen anything about OBJ causing any issues since he left Cleveland. He was fine in LA. Helped them win a Super Bowl. Was on his way to being MVP of that game. Had no issues in Baltimore either. And hey, maybe if he gets a little ramped up it’ll help run Allen out of here. OBJ isn’t the same level of crazy as AB. You gotta follow AB on Twitter. Bruh is WILDIN! 😂
