I watched 2nd half to see Mcphearson: what am I missing?
Todd Boumann, is approximately 70 years old, we have a 6th year starting quarterback who still plays like a rookie. We also have a very talented young quarterback who could lead this team for several years to come. So someone please explain to me why Bouman is being used as the backup quarterback. Last week would have been a great opportunity for Mcphearson to show that he can play in the NFL. Bouman has had approximately 45 years to show that he can not play in the NFL.

lol buzzard... the only reason why the caught the second half of the game was to watch A-mac play too. We should have at least seen him in the fourth quarter. Give the fans a little something to look forward to next year Haslett dammit.

Of course, I did get to see in the second half our franchise player being used while more than 5 touchdowns down. What a delight that was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

... Haslett is afraid we'll boo Adrian (given that he has declared himself top 5 third string and it's owning the Saintsations with his eyes) and break his confidence early in his career...
..someone please shoot me and end my misery |

Agree completely. You know we were not going to win that game -- so why play someone you know has no chance to ever be the main guy. I will tell you why -- not to break AMacs confidence. What would happen if he came in and played great. Every time Brooks looked lousy we would be screaming his name. Think thats ever going to happen with Bowman

I would be willing to bet Saintfans life , that you will not see McPhearson anytime soon ....
Can you imagine how the media would shred Hasbeen if McPhearson came in and looked good ... Jake 2 the sequel . First bad Brooks pass and the boo birds would be out in true form ...... |
