Just think, Dougie Pederson was in the building.

He's already taken the Jags to the divisonal rd in post season and cooked the Saints last season on prime time TV in the dome.

Anything less than a playoff appearance for Allen, he should be replaced. Saints are approaching year 4 without a playoff appearance.

Unacceptable.

How much success did Belichick have before and after Brady? A lot of people are not fans, but the job Tomlin has done in Pittsburgh is amazing. 17 seasons without a losing record is just great coaching. He will let Wilson do his thing, unlike Payton who's ego wouldn't allow it, and I expect the Steelers to contend this season.

Allen is a good guy. He's a very good defensive coach. The league is offense driven. He needs an offensive coordinator to run that side of the ball. I believe he has it. I like this Saints team the most since Brees left.

You're right. Allen seems like a good guy and he's a really good DC but his situational awareness calling games is definitely questionable. He's probably not the right guy but we'll find out this season. If he fails then we've got the "guy in the building" and his name is Klint Kubiak. If DA falters and gets fired then Kubiak should be next in line if he is able to resuscitate this walking dead offense from last season.
