You don't sense passion or sincerity. You don't want to like him. You get the sense that he is carefully wording any statement, being very matter of fact and dry, to make it hard to argue even though you might want to argue it.

I get a totally different vibe. He does seem sincere and not like some coaches that are trying to sell you a used car. He seems more likeable that someone like Sean McVay, for example. McVay comes across as full of ****, or himself. Allen seems more genuine.

I feel that how a person is interpreted is more a factor of the person doing the reading than the person being read.
