Re: '24-'25 Saints Bold Predictions
Carr leaves too much meat on the bone.
He has a Pro Bowl caliber ‘24 - ‘25 season. Now a MVP type season would be nice but that’s an insane prediction. |

Agree with this. Carr has always been conservative. That's why he has one of the lowest interception rates in NFL history. Also why he has one of the best completion percentages. He needs to force it more. Trust himself and his receivers.

Re: '24-'25 Saints Bold Predictions
Holker develops into a top tier NFL TE, since our other TEs are oft injured, besides Taysom.
Rico becomes a key contributor on defense. Newly signed OT Deculus from LSU shines as a RT. Kendre Miller recovers as an oft injured player forming a formidable dual headed monster with Kamara. Chase Young makes us forget about WTFoskey ! Saints improvements under Kubiak catapult the Saints into early NFC South division winners as the rest of the NFC South falters and becomes the worst division in football. A freak unfortunate injury to Carr (not wishing for it) catapults the Bayou Rattler into stardom, a la Tom Brady when he took over for Drew Bledsoe in New England. Our Irish kicker makes NFL history in making a 68 yard FG to win a game, eclipsing the fraudulent record made at Mile High Stadium. Saints set an NFL record with 6 special teams TDs on returns. Honey Badger has his most productive season in his career fueled with the best talent he's played with on defense. And last but not least, Saints defense becomes elite showcasing a top 5 stingy unit, one worthy of earning a nickname.

https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/mos...-last-15-years It also shows he's average. Average is better than bad, but it's not top tier which is what you need when the rest of the team isn't as good (As Brees and Brady showcased, Mahomes too now) .

And I’m certainly not putting Carr in the Mahomes greatness category. But I believe Guido’s point is valid in that he is not an interception machine. In fact, he’s never had a season with more interceptions than touchdowns. Lots of HOF QBs can’t make that same statement. |
