…to go out and get some smokes and beverages and low dose aspirin for this upcoming season opener against the Panthers…

…and then I’ll be back on here to discuss THE SAINTS, in all of their shadows of their former glory, in the hopes that there can be a significant rebuild BEFORE I cross over into the next realm.

I am an old man, having served for this great nation, and having retired from running three successful businesses, I enjoy a good game on the weekends (hopefully being played well, by my Saints), and I jump onto this forum to celebrate our victories as well as to b*tch and moan about our disappointments. If it seems like my b*tching and moaning overshadows my celebrations, y’all might want to seriously consider the reasons why.

Before some of you (you know who you are) call me a “Hater” or a “Troll”, you might want to take a good look at how badly this business has been run (in terms of customer satisfaction) since Drew (God Bless Him) was in decline. If y’all can deal with the perpetual state of disappointment that comes from a team of multimillionaires in mismanagement, year after year, for over a decade, then you should have no problem with one or two disgruntled fans coming on here to vent some frustration. It’s not personal, it is strictly professional.

Bottom line is, it’s just a game, and as Herm Edwards said, “You play to WIN the game!”

So let’s beat the Panthers, so I can go a week without b*tching and moaning.
And if we lose, DEAL WITH IT!
