I've heard from multiple players that a good team doesn't need any outside motivation. They motivate themselves. I believe that's where our core of veterans come into play.

One can only IMAGINE what our team would look like with a HEAD COACH who was a great motivator… or the money we could save by existing without a head coach, since a HEAD COACH is clearly not needed. Maybe he could paint his lips and join the cheerleading squad?
