Since a lot of people showed feelings and hunches and confidence before this game, I will say I have a feeling we can beat the Chiefs next time we play them in regular season in 4 years, if we rebuild now and don't sign Davante Adams and don't restructure and don't extend Derek Carr.

Yeah, we need to pass on Adams now. Rebuild.

Unfortunately, we’re going to see much of the same illogical, passionless financial commitment to sub-mediocre management and performance from this front office for a long time to come. people on here who been hatin on me need to start directing that energy towards this (dis)organization. There is and was way too much potential talent being mismanaged and under-utilized for way too long, and my prediction is we might do just well enough this season, to keep “all the right people in the building” for way too long as well.

We are solidly in third place in our division at the moment, and we have no idea what we’re going to see next week.

We did actually get rid of Thomas, Peat, Winston, and Maye this offseason. The only big free agent we signed was at least young and on a financially responsible contract in Chase Young. This preseason many were clamoring for us to make a play to sign Aiyuk or Justin Simmons or David BacktoIR and we didn't. We also didn't let DA trade up for a Juco Dline in the early 1st round who looked like Reggie White in underwear, we actually drafted a solid prospect at a position of need without some big trade up. We didnt even trade future draft picks. So to a degree I am actually encouraged that there has been a sign of change. We just need to stay this new course, this course of doing smart things in the offseason not dumb things.

After a few more off-Seasons, we might win our division, and then make a playoff run against better coached, better coordinated teams! I am encouraged!
