Gayle isn't the issue. I'd much rather have an owner that stays in their proverbial lane than an owner that makes it all about them. And Loomis isn't going anywhere so the Saints need to make the necessary adjustments by looking at everyone in the organization from Loomis on down. Allen is the obvious start. Oschner is another problem that needs serious attention. Scouting, Ireland and Mueller need to be held to account.

The organization needs more of a spinal adjustment than a major surgery. Some big names like Cam Jordan need to be let go but they can't just go full demolish-mode and expect to win next year.

I can't disagree with any of that other than Jordan. I don't believe he needs to be let go because I suspect he's planning retiring after this season anyway. With the class that Jordan has displayed throughout his entire career as a Saint I believe the team owes him the same respect to let him go out on his own terms.

Have you ever run a business personally, as an Owner? If your product or service $ucked as bad as this Saints team, for this long, and you didn’t take full responsibility for making the necessary corrections, you’d be out of business.

You as an Owner are totally responsible for whatever changes need to be made, to keep your customers satisfied. The buck literally stops with you.

That's obviously a simplistic take. NFL owners have a cash cow regardless of results.

And THAT ^^^ is EXACTLY why the old lady has to go. She has a cash cow, while the customers (fans) get dogsh*t served up weekly. I honestly don’t know how y’all accept it.

That's correct, ice. The sinner guy doesn't appear to understand the dynamics of the NFL ownership structure. The NFL knows that every franchise has the potential to go through individual hardships of one kind or another. The stability of EVERY franchise was crucial to the long term success of the league. It was decided in the very early 1960's to share virtually all revenues so every franchise would be guaranteed to be successful regardless how well any individual team was performing on the field. The advent of third party ticket vendors has also almost guaranteed that every ticket will be sold to cover that small percentage that isn't shared in totality. Even if a team's own fans don't show up there are still opposing fans and virtual paid butts in the seats.

It is totally different than any "normal" business operation and to attempt to compare the two is meaningless.
