What is the over/under on the number of games before he is injured again?

3 - 3.5?

The offensive line is offensive. Lamar Jackson would be getting killed back there, much less Carr.

If the team is bringing Carr back at 30-70%, we could be in for some very rough weeks and wishing it was Haener.

At this point, I wouldn’t mind some early Haslett/Brooks.

Feel like a dumbass for buying his shirt when we got him. Thank goodness it was only one of those T-shirts with his number and name and not an actual jersey. That would have really pissed me off.

If Carr stays healthy for the rest of the year its possible we could finish 7-10, maybe even 8-9 if we really excel. Do they hand out rings for finishing 7-10? If so, we better get one now while we are in that window because it will only be harder next year when Kamara, Lattimore, Jordan, Davis, Mathieu, etc are all a year older.

The trouble is, I don't think you get a ring for going 7-10 or 8-9 or even 9-8 which is pretty insane because winning slightly more games than you lost is such an amazing accomplishment. Apparently all you get for those records is a worse draft pick and bragging rights for beating division rivals once which they can brag the same. Maybe the fact that going .500-ish in this league does not result in a ring was the flaw in paying Derek Carr up to $50m/year. For $10 on amazon I could send a broom to Carolina, but Mickey Loomis decided to spend $150,000,000 to do the same.

That would actually be extremely impressive given the ridiculous number of key injuries the team has had to endure.
