Re: Saints vs Panthers
Let’s hope his passer rating stays below 75, but does anyone feel comfortable about it?

Re: Saints vs Panthers
I think we will probably beat the Panthers. The margin of our previous victory and the Panthers current record stand out even with our injuries, and Bryce Young is a very bad QB. Still we are bad enough that it is anyones game. I want us to win, but more than that I want nobody to get contract extensions after the game and no trades to be made for acquiring aging injury prone overpaid veterans, and I dont trust our front office not to give contract extensions or make trades based on a cheap bottom of the barrel win.
With the Saints these days I feel like I have a relative with a gambling addiction in financial turmoil who I know has placed a series of bets. I guess I want them to win the bets they have already placed because more losses will only make it worse, but I don't want them to spend another cent placing new bets and I don't think a few lucky wins prove they are well or competant or don't have a mental illness. I am happy for the Saints to win games but every time they double down and place a new bet, like extending Kamara or discussing stupid trades, I want Mickey Loomis to be committed to an inpatient treatment facility. Derek Carr, Dennis Allen, and Mickey Loomis are like their casino loyalty cards, and I want them cut and trashed even if a couple bets win, because their addiction to bad bets can never be healthy. |

Re: Saints vs Panthers
Another thing is that Adam Thielen is out and Dionte Johnson was traded so I think the Panthers are basically tanking at this point. If we somehow lose we then we are the worst team in the league by far. If we win it is not a ray of hope, it just means we are a bottom 5 team that can beat a tanking team that is the worst in the league. We really need to sell at the trade deadline whether we win or lose.
