People use to think what Loomis was doing with the cap was so special.
All this guy did was kick the can and gave the HC the personnel power. HC saw the writing in the wall with an aging roster, cap problems, and decided to retire because he was tired. Afterwards he decided re-create the same problem and keep the same system in place. Both of those turds screwed us. |
