Wait For It

Watch, we’ll rattle off about 4 or 5 wins in the next 7 games. Just enough to get a crappy pick and save DA’s job. Who’s with me?

4 or 5 “wins”? Lol.

Saints are looking at a top #1-3 pick.

Oddly enough, in all the decades of futility, they’ve only had the overall #1 pick once!

mjf150 11-03-2024 03:32 PM

Re: Wait For It

And 2nd overall twice and 3rd just once. Hard to believe. Which is why they probably have some more wins left in them.

I’m definitely not usually a lose out kinda guy but at this point that may be what’s best. It’s painful as a fan to think this way, especially only half way thru the season, but geez this is bad. Funny thing is I don’t believe the talent is as bad as the record but no question the coaching is awful and in football coaching is just about everything

No amount of talent can overcome the ridiculous number of injuries the Saints have suffered this season. It's not fair to blame God, so might as well put that blame on the coaching. At least they can be fired, right?

Wrong. Again.

I disagree. Good coaching can overcome a lot. Not saying we would be in the hunt for division but I can almost guarantee we would have a much better record with good coaching.like someone said even Haslett was better than this.

No amount of talent can overcome the ridiculous amount of alcohol Mickey Loomis has consumed while making key decisions as the Saints general manager.

If you are defending Loomis’ performance as a sober General Manager, and he can’t blame it on substance abuse of some sort, you might want to put that pipe you’re puffing down for a minute.

You also predicted they would save DA's job.

Funny thing when folks play Nastydamus. They tend to forget the parts they got wrong. LOL

7 straight losses and the Saints are only 2 games behind the Falcons for the division lead. What does that say about this division?
