Wait For It

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Watch, we’ll rattle off about 4 or 5 wins in the next 7 games. Just enough to get a crappy pick and save DA’s job. Who’s with me?...

Re: Wait For It

4 or 5 “wins”? Lol.

Saints are looking at a top #1-3 pick.

Oddly enough, in all the decades of futility, they’ve only had the overall #1 pick once!

And 2nd overall twice and 3rd just once. Hard to believe. Which is why they probably have some more wins left in them.

I’m definitely not usually a lose out kinda guy but at this point that may be what’s best. It’s painful as a fan to think this way, especially only half way thru the season, but geez this is bad. Funny thing is I don’t believe the talent is as bad as the record but no question the coaching is awful and in football coaching is just about everything

No amount of talent can overcome the ridiculous number of injuries the Saints have suffered this season. It's not fair to blame God, so might as well put that blame on the coaching. At least they can be fired, right?

Re: Wait For It

I disagree. Good coaching can overcome a lot. Not saying we would be in the hunt for division but I can almost guarantee we would have a much better record with good coaching.like someone said even Haslett was better than this.
