He was injured every year in college, and only limited use has kept him healthy on and off as a pro. I understand he is a fan favorite, but he is possibly the worst player ever to try to build a sustainable offense around, unless we include other sports and Zion. He is basically the 34yo Zion of football. We will never be a serious contender as long as our fan base wants to build our offense around a 34yo medical frankenstein making rugby plays because the highlight reels make us want to pound our chests and drink a fosters lager.

While I tend to agree with your opinion more times than not (if I have the time to read your massive posts), I do not on this particular part.
Hill is a fan favorite. And for good reason. But I don’t know why you seem to almost blame the fan base for “wanting to build the offense” around him has anything to do with what the coaches actually do.
I just don’t understand the logic there. The fans have nothing to do with how the offense is executed. Thats the coaches. And I also don’t believe the offense is “built around” Hill. I think he’s utilized where he can be effective, but so is everyone else. Honestly I think the offense is built more around AK then anyone else.
Lastly, while agree that Hill has been injured often, he also plays a little reckless but with 100% heart. Which is the reason he’s a fan favorite. That being said, his past history with injuries has nothing to do with that particular injury. Any player, whether he be 34 or 21, whether he had an injury history or none at all, would’ve blown a knee out being tackled like that on that particular play.
