We literally needed to convert a 2 point conversion to win the game. Are you telling me they would have stopped us 100% of the time? IF you aren't telling me that, we could have won that game. If we are a playoff team we kick the pat and probably go to overtime and don't risk that there. I mean be honest, do you think winning that game helps us more long term than losing?

The second half was inspiring. I thought the decision to go for it was the right call. We lost the game and have a little bit better draft position because of it. I was satisfied with the outcome.

If we win we are still a game behind the Falcons for 2nd place in the division who have an easier schedule than us the rest of the way, and the Falcons are not currently in line for the playoffs.
Honestly what OT would give us with our luck is an opportunity for another injury. Probably if we go to OT, Fuaga suffers a hip fracture on a freak play and missed the 2025 season. Getting it over with, win or lose, was the right call in that situation. |
