Loomis is about 40% of the issue. Sean Payton was the other 40% with his keeping the band together and wanting to keep the roster. The other 20% is what's essentially an absentee ownership that has no clue how to run a team.

He’d be the first that should get fired, definitely shouldn’t have anything to do with hiring of the next group or the draft

I'll give Gayle this much - she had enough sense to override Loomis' blow hard stance on Dennis Allen and did the right thing and ditched DA.

We'll see if she has a clue at the end of the season. It's time to make some big girl decisions. We shall see.
