This is shaping up to be a consummate trap game. Packers are tempted to look past us and think about the Vikings. We're a 2 TD underdog, which I'm sure is being talked about in our locker room. We'd like some atonement for last year's Packers game which we had no business choking. We'll have to be on our A game but I think we've got a chance here. Let's have some fun and grinch up some Packer shyte.

If they play like they did the second half of last week, this could be a good game.

Nothing surprising so far

We have to be the absolute worst tackling team in the league. And the 3rd down and 6 penalties are just Azz

4 guys just hit Jacobs in the backfield and he still got positive yardage.

Troy Aikman, I can't listen to it. I just mute the broadcast.

Oof, Jacobs probably thinks he's playing Vanderbilt again.

The tackling has been disgraceful. Just getting run over time and time again.

Whoever takes over has sone job on his hands rebuilding this overpaid old roster.

Only KC gets away with the tackles leaving early

I guess one loss closer to a better draft position.

All these Packers WR and TE runs. LaFleur is working on side quests.

They tackle, we look like an old rusty gate.

Ok. Then good. I can say the one of few games I got to see on tv, this game is over for Saints before it began.

Oh well.:(

It's not like we have all our starters playing or anything like that. lol

Halo 12-23-2024 08:19 PM

Re: Saints at Packers MNF Gameday Thread

Even our "scab" starters got injured before this game.
Not making excuses, but our offense is a shell of the team we started off with week one.

Saints draft needs
QB,WR,TE,OG,DE,DT,LB,S,CB,P and GM

How can you have a roster this bad and be 60ml over next years cap and no choice but to again rework/extend players to push the cap into yet another year.

One of the issues with having a owner that doesn't know the game and us relying on the GM that got you in this mess to fix it. The best thing fir this team is change from the top down, with the caveat that the team stays in New Orleans

Yeah but that Mahomes is a 5 yard penalty for just putting him under pressure.

Nothing wrong with that, even as bad as the rules protect QBs now
