Its even more exciting that we have legit DB coaching to coach them up!
If we happen to use a first on one, I really like Jahdae Barron- Texas, who just so happens to have been coached up by our new passing game coordinator

Mykel Williams - DE/edge
Georgia

Explosive, covers ground quickly. Can rush from the 0 as a standup LB.

At 9, I wouldnt be mad if we took him.

Re: Turning Attention to the Draft

Tetairoa McMillan - WR
Arizona

Overview
Possession receiver with the size and ball skills to create big wins deep. Hes a linear route-runner who wears press coverage early and coasts too often on deep routes, but he has a feel for uncovering underneath and can play over the top of cornerbacks for easier jump-ball wins. McMillan is instinctive with a feel for adjusting his routes and working back on throws to make the quarterbacks job easier. He needs to show more consistent play speed and physicality to protect his workspace. His elite ball skills set him apart, though, providing a higher floor as a Z option with mismatch value in the slot

BTW, he ran a 4.48 at his Pro Day. His stock will probably rise to a top 10 pick.

Re: Turning Attention to the Draft

Cam knows who he wants the Saints to pick with #9.

He also believes in Carr.

Re: Turning Attention to the Draft

Im not the biggest Cam Ward fan.

The limited mobility is concerning & the occasional WTF type passes but he could turn out to be a solid pro.

Trading up ⬆️ is extremely expensive.

Hard Pass for me.

If this elite WR is there at 9, I think you gotta pick him, especially since the draft is deep in good d-linemen and OGs.

He could be our own Mike Evans.
